All goods are sent Free Of Charge by Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery.

Payment is made through our secure online server 'Worldpay' and is taken in GBP. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch (Debit).

Return of goods:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the shipment date (we must receive it ourselves within this 30 day period). Contact us for instructions on where to return your purchase and how to obtain the appropriate return paperwork. Returns must be accompanied with the original packaging (i.e. product containers, bottles, boxes and unused products) and shipping slips. You may want to insure your returns; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. Return cost for shipping and handling is at senders expense.
